Our Honey is from local hives near Ile des Chenes and harvested right here in town by your local beekeeper.
The honey is raw and has crystallized naturally. It is a midsummer blend with canola and wildflowers, creating a light colored, mild honey. If you prefer liquid honey, you simply heat it up to bring it back to a liquid state.
